New EPA regulations causing painting to be more expensive

Due to new EPA regulations painting the interior or exterior of house built before 1978 can be more costly.  In order to minimize the spread of the lead dust, painters now need to take extra precautions and need to be certified to do so.  At All Stiles Real Estate our contractors are certified.  This certification applies to any contractor doing work to a house that may cause a disruption to paint.
